So many expired attachments are simply not appearing in the expiry widget or even on the report that is pulled. This should be a standard, especially when it is being used for legal things like expired medication etc. It seems as though once something has expired it disappears off the list. It needs to remain on the list until we add a new expiry date or mark it as clear. This is really important and in my opinion a huge flaw in this process. How are we supposed to track expired things with this if you won't notify us?

A report that has all active children showing if the expiry date for immunisation has been added

I would like a report for all expired attachments, particularly immunisation statements, asthma medication and epipens

Would be useful if we could pull a report of expired attachments - or even better if it alerts the family : example - needing to update imm recordss

There needs to be a report that shows the expiry date of all children's attachments, I can do it for staff but not the children. I can see it suggested on here multiple times and the suggestion has been marked as complete, yet there's still no report.

The Expiring Attachments section on the dashboard is not adequate as it only shows the last 4 weeks and the accompanying document you can generate only informs you of upcoming expiry dates.

Once the expiry date has passed, the notification disappears.

We upload Medical plans, Medication plans and Imm's but cannot use Xplor to generate a report that shows all the expiry dates, it would be something we would use very regularly.
