Expiry Notifications sent to families as well

When uploading paperwork on behalf of families, we set an expiration date (IE, medication). We then get notified when this is close to expiring and it is red flagged when it has expired.
It would be handy and free up alot of office time, if this same notification was sent out to families; informing them of their child/rens upcoming/expired dates.

Push Notifications for Expired Medication

We love the feature on the dashboard, however would love if we also recieved a push notification that a child's medication was going to expire, maybe a month, week and day before. This would help prompt educators to check and ensure that the correct chase up and follow up is being done, in the desired time.
It would also be amazing if parents recieved these notifications on their Xplor Home apps also, so that they are aware that the documents are due. This then puts the responsibility on them also.

Great idea! I wonder if this could also apply to expiring documents such as immunization records?

Hi Chloe,
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
What happens now? Your request is left in 'Open' for others to vote and comment on. After that, it will be moved to 'Under Review' or our 'Backlog'.
Top feature requests (based upon number of votes) will be reviewed by the Xplor Team each quarter as we aim to prioritise your requests into our annual roadmap. They will then be moved to 'On Xplor's Roadmap', 'In Progress', and finally 'Complete'.
I have changed your posts name to help facilitate this.
