Our centre uses a fortnightly payment plan processed on Fridays for families.
However, when new families complete the online enrolment form and enter their bank details, the system automatically applies the default weekly payment plan on Thursdays. As a result, we need to manually update each family’s payment plan one by one. In some cases, the weekly payment on Thursday is processed before we are able to make this change.
We would appreciate it if you could consider a feature that allows centres to set a default payment frequency and processing day (weekly / fortnightly / monthly) at a centre level, as payment schedules vary between centres.
