First Day Notification
L

We get a lot of casual enrolments due to most days being permanently booked out. Sometimes we have families sign up weeks or months before they actually book in their child to attend, which we have set up for them to do online.
It would be great if we received a notification pop up when there is a child enrolled in their first day on that day. This way we could ensure we let our educators know who they are and to expect them, and we could organise a proper transition and introduction for that child.
I know for smaller services this may not be helpful, so it could be a toggle on/off notification, but for very large services it would help a lot to make sure they don't feel lost in the crowd.

New Child Commencing Care Alert

Opportunity for Xplor to alert the centre mangers on their front dashboard of when a new child will commence care. This will allow for team to be prepared for the first day.

perhaps a notice a day or 2 before hand to prepare would be helpful

Agreed. This would have been particularly helpful for all our new Kindies and new children commencing with staggered start dates this term.

I agree this is a good idea if it could commence up to 7 days prior to commencement

I like this idea!

This is a great idea. Also if it can flag it on Playground for those working in the rooms are aware of a new child's first day as sometimes management get busy and do not pass on the information
