As an OSHC we used to charge a Term at a time and Families were able to pay accounts in full in advance, this also worked for Vacation Care bookings where Families can pay their holiday balances before the holidays.

Being able to see a maximum of 2 weeks in advance is not enough.

Dating statement to the end of a Term do not show Families their balances :/
