As per COVID era and still common with localised emergencies, service have the option to waive gap fees when marking children absent under CCS law, but apparently this is not in Xplor?? It it mentioned in the help support page, but there is not way to actually process it. If it has been removed, can it please be readded. or if not part of Xplor can it be created. Cheers
