Grades instead of age for OSHC

I would like the choice between displaying age and grades. In OSHC I never use ages and rely on knowing grades very strongly. We also have to create daily prep lists which would be easier if instead of ages on the master roll we could sort by grades.

Based on your feedback we have introduced Grade, Class and School information that you can now record against children, filter your Master Roll by this data and also report on it. I think it is great that grades have now been added into the child profile. I would find it super helpful if this was implemented into other parts of the Xplor platform, such as the master roll as a filtering option, or perhaps through the learning outcomes tracking through playground. Ideally, it would also be great to filter the roll via playground.

This last year i have had to chase up ALL families with their child's class as the option is not available to them on the enrolment form. It would be great if parents are REQUIRED to put their childrens grade or class in the enrolment.

To add to this - we have families who have to see both junior and senior rolls on their app as their child is of an age that could fit into either, so being able to set booking rules based on class instead of age would help a lot. We are also looking at having to manually add and update all classes for 2021, which is a huge job, as it is not on the enrolment form and cannot be populated by the families during enrolment even with our added question.

It would be particularly useful in OSHC to be able to also sort the roll in playground into Grades. We have children from different grades sign in at different parts of the school and need Educators to check their area for the children in their grade.
