Hub Message Survey/Question - yes/no

It would be great if we had the ability to post hub Questions that require just a yes or no answer so parents could respond via the hub at sign in.
This would make gathering feedback so much easier and would increase responses, as current methods of collecting feedback from families is hit and miss and generally has a low response rate.

It would also be good if more complex questions could be asked (e.g. How likely are you to recommend this centre to other families?, with a response of 1-10 given)
