Incident Report to attached to Child's Profile

Once an incident report has been signed by a parent on Playground, the signed copy should automatically be saved to the child's profile. At the moment, it's not possible to even email the signed copy which I believe is against compliance regulations (don't quote me on that fact). It would be great to have a incident report tab on the child's profile page. Thanks in advance. Ali

It’s disappointing to see Xplor marking this request complete when in fact it is not as the request was not how do we currently access the report it was a request for an additional feature of having incident reports on the child’s Xplor office profile where all other important records pertaining to the child and their enrolment are kept.

Incident Reports are saved on the Child's profile in Playground Web, where they can be downloaded and shared onwards with families if they are having difficulties accessing them via Home App/Web!

Training Team - saving on Playground isn't what we requested. Please can all incident reports be saved to a child's profile in Office as this is where all enrolment information is kept? Thanks
Training Team
Ali Dudley: Incident reports can be exported from Playground and added to your BMS system, Office, under Child Profile > Attachments if you also want to keep an additional copy there

Ali Dudley: I agree, all important documentation regarding the child should be able to at least be linked in some way to office. To have to check a 2nd platform without at the very leasr promt in the child's profile in office is incredibly frustrating.

Training Team: It's great that this is possible, however very time consuming and yet another admin task for an OOSH to manage. Can Xplor link the incident report from Playground to Office automatically?

Is there anyone else who is looking for this Incident Report functionality as it would be a game changer for us. Please agree if you need it. Thanks
Kaylee
Ali Dudley: 10000% We have Educators currently really wanting to be able to complete Incident reports digitally (ideally via playround). However due to the lack of ability to have an approval process by management before the report goes to parents and the limited ability with signing on the parent side we have been forced to only using paper or having to bring Educaors to our office computers to complete them digitally if we have a float available to replace them.

Agreed. It absolutely needs to be attached to their enrolment record for easy future access.

I am searching for more in depth info, but ACECQA says: 'Incident, injury, trauma and illness record - keep the record until child is 25'.
Having the ability to send the Incident report to families as well as access outside of Playground and file appropriately is necessary.

Yes this would be very helpful as when we had paper based info a copy would always be saved in the child's file for future reference
Kaylee
Yes! Having all this in a child profile would be great!

I agree with this.
