Late fees to be automated

In Qikkids we had the ability to set the amount per minute late as the late fee. This meant we didn't have to go through and manually check each week who attends outside of their set hours. If we can automate this and allow a five minute grace period on either side of the family's session times then it would be a much smoother exercise to audit and hold family's accountable for attending in their sessions.

Would love to see this happen as well, I wonder if it is in the works as the request is from 2021?
Would also encourage parents to make sure they are actually signing their children out when leaving :)

Yes parents need to see an added late fee automatically or a message sent to parents advising them they have ten minutes before closing to ensure they pick up their children on time!!

Yes! I don't understand why we have to create 3 different fee options for one fee to include our extended hours amount. Qikkids worked so well and automatically calculated the charge for the day like the picture attached.

Would also love to see fee changes that can be automated via age, so when children pass a certain birthday, an age specific fee is applied to reduce manual administration
