We are finding it difficult to manage the CWAs for our casual families that are enrolled in our service but only book very occasionally. As CWAs auto cease after 14 weeks of no attendances, these families are booking in without admin knowing the child needs a new CWA. We have approx 50-60 children who fall in this category.

Is there a way to either notify families that their CWA is about to expire due to no attendance after a period of time (and prompt them to book to keep active) or flag children with no active CWA/RA from the master roll for Admin to manage more clearly?
