Hi, we would like to have a space for parents to sign and give permission for medicines needed to be taken. This would allow us to go paper less. Currently, medicine paper forms are still used as playground has no feature to support children that need to take medicine and a space for parents to give permission. Thank you.

When medication is broght in for educators to administer there needs to be a place where it is signed in by a carer and educator. Trying to move onto using Playground for everthing, but still having to use paper copies

I honestly cannot believe that Xplor as a digital platform still doesn't have medication authorization functioning to regulations up till now. Myself and others have been voting for this for at least the last 3 years. I know that our service signed up having been told that the function was close to release. And 3 years later and it's still only progressed to "MAPPED".

We urge Xplor to prioritize this function for release meeting regulation.

Is there any update on when this functionality is going to be built into the Home/Playground App ? it has been planned for many years now?

Medical forms need to meet Department regulations, we would love to go paperless with our medical forms and currently the medication form does not have enough Information.

Would be great if the app came with a medical authorisation form for signing for prescribed medication to administer during care and ability to note dates and times of administration, witness to sign also

We have been waiting on this feature and doing away with paper forms since we joined Xplor in May 2021. It was road mapped than, what's the hold up?

I think the medication form needs to be amended if it is to met DET Regulations and I believe this has already been raised? Can you confirm where this is at please
