When an allergy is put in the allergies field in xplor the red heart icon appears in playground however if a 'Medical Condition' (e.g. Epilepsy) is noted in the 'Medical Conditions' field in xplor profile this does not result in the red heart icon (or a different icon/symbol) appearing on the child's profile in Playground.

Note a request was opened in 2019 titled 'Improved Health/Medical Management in Playground' and has since been completed - however the health/medical tag/icon hasn't fully been actioned as not picking up on the 'Medical Condition' field or 'Prescribed Medications' field.
