messenger is being used by parents for admin type communication- can it get added to the office dashboard and have a notification similar to an absence notification.

Messenger is designed to be used on Playground App. To receive notifications of family replies in Office, we recommend using Admin Posts.

We often miss messages in the Playground app as we dont need to open it until our session starts as an OSHC. If there were a notification in office we would not miss the messages.
