Incident reports are currently not compliant with the updated NSW regulations. While Xplor advises adding the name of the person making the notification within the notes, this does not allow for a signature and therefore does not meet compliance requirements.

Please update the notification section of the reports to include both the name and signature of the person making the notification, so centres in NSW can continue to use online forms.
