Currently, there is no prompt or notification to let the centre know if a family removes a collector from a child’s account in Xplor.
While the change is reflected in the Contacts tab, there is no separate automated alert, system notification, or prompt to inform the service that this update has occurred. This creates a risk that important changes to authorised collectors may be missed.
It would be helpful to have an automated notification or alert for services when a collector is removed to ensure staff are always aware of the most up-to-date collection permissions.
