Notification when CWA Signed

Would be good to receive a notification when a parent has signed the CWA, or confirmed their enrolment via mygov, at the moment I have to ask them to let us know once they've done it so we can continue with the next steps in the enrolment. (They often don't actually tell us anyway so I have to go in regularly to check if they've done it yet)

definitely like this idea, guess this is the main issue in childcare and we have to constantly chase after the parents to do that

Parents receive a notification once a new CWA is released and maybe can’t even sign their children in or out unless it has been approved. Saves having to chase them consistently to complete the task.

Absolutely!! it would also be helpful to be able to receive a notification when a cwa is due or overdue either for permanent, casual bookings or vacation care. It is so time consuming when we have to check each family's manually and follow up with them to get it done.

Ironside OSHC: Have you used Qik kids?? You had to go through what looked like excel spreadsheets to get anything up......sooooo annoying

Agree an notification would assist with the enrolment process, even a possible reply to the parent advising of next step.
