Option to delete Documentation

Could we please add the feature to delete documentation instead of just archiving. Archiving is messy and sometimes a documentation is created by accident, and we would like to be able to delete it.

Hi would be great if we could easily delete documents no longer needed, instead of having to archive and wait for them to be deleted.

currently you can only edit or archive. It will help if there are unwanted documents that could be deleted.

Being able to delete accidental copies, would be great, during our testing time, we had multiple trial and errors just sitting there, and when we tried to reuse them, they have that date and not the current date
