Would love a feature where Families re enrol and the requested days are automatically entered into the waitlist until confirmation from Admin. Now you have to request and then manually enter each booking, a lot of work for 250 Families.

Even a re-enrolment that brings up current Xplor data that parents can "confirm" or "update", including a section where they can select preferred days for 2025 (like in the enrolment form).

We loose too much data from the current re-enrolment feature where parents have to refill the enrolment form.

We had this issue so have turned on Instant Bookings. 
Child enrolment end dates are put to the end of the year so the system won't allow them to make 2025 bookings. 
Once their re-enrolment has been approved we update the enrolment end date and this 'opens access' to 2025 bookings - families then make their own bookings for next year through the app.

In the same boat at our OSHC, a massive task to manually enter bookings in for the returning families for 2025. Waitlist/ Booking requests were a useful feature in Qikkids/My Family Lounge that we thought would have been a given in Xplor.
