When a parent notifies of an absence, admin staff working on office may see it if they are on the computer before an after school care session, but OOSH staff need to be notified through playground because they are looking for children after school. When staff call the parents from the centre while looking for children the parents reply "i notified you through the app!" but the staff dont have access to the office web while interacting with children and are not seeing this on the app. Can we have an option that a parent marks their child as absent and then this changes it on the playground roll? Without head office needing to check on the web browser in time every day
