Posts not working since update

We have had difficulty with posts since the app updated on Friday, across all updated devices. The keyboard lags or doesn’t show up (only in the playground app), a notification is continually popping up saying a post hasn’t uploaded from two weeks ago when it has actually uploaded, and assuming we’re able to type something, the posts don’t post and everything written disappears. As you can imagine, families are getting frustrated that they haven’t been getting updates on activities.
My coworker e-mailed Xplor on Friday and I e-mailed Monday but we haven’t had a response. Is anyone else having these issues?
