QLD Kinder | Program Changes Post Aquittal Submission

Currently, administrators can edit their QLD Kinder programs at any time, both before and after acquittals.
Through the State Kinder/Staff Discount body of work, we have identified a number of providers who have amended their weeks of operation after submitting an acquittal but have not subsequently submitted an updated acquittal to EdGrants to reflect these changes.
This creates discrepancies between the operational weeks recorded in the system and the information submitted to EdGrants, additionally there is an error on the QLD Program vs the parent ledger (statement) resulting in errors when reporting and reconciling payments.
Enhancement requirement:
Administrators should retain the flexibility to edit their QLD Kinder programs at any time. However, where changes are made after an acquittal has been submitted, and those changes have not been reflected in a subsequent EdGrants acquittal, the system should display a warning banner.
The banner would alert administrators that changes have been made post-acquittal and that a subsequent acquittal may be required to ensure the program information and payment records remain aligned.
This should include the above mentioned and additionally is CCS or payments have changed resulting in updated results being available.
