Re-Enrolment Link

Is it possible to have a URL Re-Enrolment Link to be sent so that it can be shared with the secondary parent. At times the parent sent up as the Account Holder for CCS is not the preferred parent for the family to receive correspondence, specifically the re-enrolment link. It would be great if we could share the re-enrolment link with the secondary parent for completion.
