Remove Holiday as an option

To have the ability to remove/disable/hide Holiday as a booking option because we don't use this at our OOSH centre - it just confuses the parents.

Agree. This causes lots of confusion at our OSHC. A number of parents also get confused and think the holiday option is how they book in for vacation care (school Holiday care). We have had multiple parents use the request a holiday thinking they are booking for care.
