Remove option for holiday request

It would be great to be able to turn off the option for holiday request in the app. We sometimes have parents use that option rather than absence. If the holiday request is done last minute and we don't see it on the PC then we are phoning parents looking for children whereas the absence would automatically update the roll.

Yes Please. The holiday request option also causes confusion with parents as some think this is how you request vacation care, so we receive a holiday request notification when they were trying to book in for vacation care.

where and how do parents make holiday requests? We have not seen this feature? Is it in the playground Xplor Home app? If so, where are the requests sent to???

We would like to be able to do this as well. We only use absences as for us there is no difference. I think holidays may be when a centre either doesn't charge for those days or charge a lesser fee which many centres don't offer.

Alternately could the holiday request also be updated to automatically update the rolls as well?
