I absolutely agree with this being a feature.
Being a large Centre of 540 plus families, we have had to clear a large amount of days due to days being at capacity in Vac care. This feature would be simple, more time effective and much more professional than a flat decline notification, followed by an email. Thank you :-)

This would really improve the communication between family and service. At the moment the notification for declined bookings comes across a bit blunt and could be softened with a comment from the service as to why etc. would be great for all service types LDC and OSHC
