Separate Link to Add sibling to existing parent account
Eve Costa
It would help if you can create a separate new enrolment link when a parent has another child attending the program (like a Preppy). At this stage we have to send the same enrolment link for the second child as for the first.
If the parent does not fill out the enrollment exactly as the first time, the system will not link the second child to the existing parent account.
Then other account is created, so the parent will have 2 accounts, one for each child.
Maybe if we can have the Child enrolment link and the parent can add there ID number, then the system will be able to recognize and match it that way.

Wondering if this is in the RoadMap for Xplor updates? It is such a pain when parents create new parent accounts.
Also, there should be a way to not allow parents to create a second enrolment for a child - double checking date of birth against CRN etc. At least a notification to Admin to review and allow if necessary (split family etc).

Ability to 'add child' to enrolment form, so multiple children can be done at once

Ability to 'add child' to enrolment form, so multiple children can be done at once on the same form.
Saves parents doing enrolment form twice.

Make sibling enrolment easy
Gan Gabi Admin
Please add a feature to create a new child that is a sibling of an existing child - ie, prefill a new enrolment form with the existing parents, address, medical practitioner, emergency contacts etc - any info that is shared by siblings.
Then all the parent has to do is fill in the info for that specific child, and check the agreements.
Besides being extra work, asking a parent to fill out a new enrolment form from scratch also runs the risk of them messing up the existing parent profiles (we had a case where they switched the mothers and the fathers email, causing all the details - names, DOB, address, CRN etc to be switched between profiles, and we had to manually notice the mistake and fix it).

Uploading Child Attachments to multiple profiles (sibslings)

It would be really useful to be able to upload an Attachment to multiple child profiles at once. For example, a Court Order or Concession Card that applies to an entire family (e.g. 3 children enrolled in the one Centre). It would be great to start the upload process then be able to select the multiple child profiles we want the Attachment to be saved.

We completely agree with this and think it would be extremely benificial to parents and staff.

Also I find the second form creates duplicate parents and incorrect primary parent, big issue

Applecross Pre-Kindy: I know that if the email is the same along with the phone number it will match up, I believe those were the two fields that need to be the same. I did test it a while ago and it does match up, just has to be the same as the previous form submitted.

This would be great! - Good thinking Albert :)
