I agree. It took me 48 mins yesterday to help a parent to merge profiles before we gave up and still didn’t get them merged!

Hi Kate, could you please provide more detail on your request? Currently, if you are using the Playground App you are able to enable a PIN sign in for Educators.

Albert - Xplor: Hi Albert, we use Playground web for educator and other staff members to start and finish their a Shifts.

Albert - Xplor: I believe her request that the default onscreen keyboard for inputing phone and pin should be solely numeric, not alpha numeric.
