Could we please be able to see the total number of children currently in the centre, not the total bookings for the day.
At the end of the day I find it rather frustrating that in order to see how many children are left in the centre, I have to scroll through the whole list to see who has been signed out and deduct that from the total bookings.

I would love for a feature to be able to see how many children are in/out of the centre. Particularly for evacuation and lockdown drills, it is extremely difficult to keep track of how many children are currently in the centre (i.e. if some children have been signed out) or in keeping track of how many children are left towards the later part of the day.

Yes especially as the playground APP counts absences in your rooms, but that doesn't help in an evacuation/lockdown drill as you don't have an accurate record of what children are attending the service. You have to log into each individual room and then count how many are absent and remove this from your room total.
Playground should have a whole service button where you can filter who is booked in, who has been signed out, who is absent, who is not marked.
The QK Kiosk did this really well.

I mean up the top, the blue 59 in the pic i have provided is how many children have been signed in, can we have a separate number for children who have been signed in and out.

It does, the green bar on the bottom of the attendance goes from light green to dark green, you can even hover over it to see times. If you can't see this zoom out on your browser.

Gan Gabi Admin: Hi. No, this is in office, on a desktop. It shows you the total number of children who attended the centre that day, but the number doesn't change as they sign out. In order to see the current number of children in the centre or the room, you have to scroll down the list and subtract the signed out children from the total number. This is time consuming and frustrating

It would also be benefical to be able to see a summary of the attendence numbers for previous days if we want to get back and check numbers

I also find it frustrating that with the app it doesn’t have total children booked in and then it doesn’t show all the rooms on the one screen you have to scroll back and fourth
