As customer accounts accumulate notes over time, it becomes increasingly difficult (and physically painful!) to find the most recent information.
Currently, notes display oldest-first with no way to change the order or suppress older entries, meaning staff must scroll extensively to get to what actually matters now. Some of our accounts already have 30+ notes, and this will only grow.
Suggested improvements:
  • Option to sort notes Newest → Oldest
  • Ability to pin or highlight key notes at the top
  • Optional collapse / hide older notes by default
This would significantly improve usability, reduce repetitive scrolling, and make day‑to‑day account management faster and safer for staff (RSI prevention included!).
I expect this would benefit many services as note volumes increase over time.
It appears that someone has already requested this in Jan 2025.
So I'm requesting again but with additional scope.
