Sound alert/bell on notifications

Could there be a setting to add a notification sound/alert when notifications come through Xplor Office? We sit here with Office open and the notifications come through without us knowing, unless we actively check. If there was a sound, like when emails come through, then we would know it is there.

Working in OOSH it makes it difficult to constantly be checking if a parent has made a notification for absence in-between shifts, besides having to go on Xplor Office to check, Is there a way a "sounded" notification can be made on Playground as its on the work phone/iPads.

Can we please have an email come to the admin personnel if a parent has sent a booking request or absence request through Xplor? We don't sit on the computer all day and therefore need to continuously manually check if any parents have sent a notification of absence or casual booking to the orange bell on office.

Also to add, when a notification comes in on the Monday for a CCS change, I notice that the new CCS change isn't implemented in the Master Roll. This has to be done manually or it doesn't occur automatucally until the end of the week which affects anyone that had billing that week.

Also, if it can appear on the Master Roll. When families mark them absent, it is unclear which session the children are absent for.
