It is populating all current active children in the report, even though the date range selected to generate the report is July 2023-December 2023. Including children where their profile start date wasn't till Jan 2024 and weren't in attendance at service till this year.
As this report is required every 6 months by the Government this will involve a lot of manual correction to remove all current active children if the date range is not picking up the children accurately.
In theory by end of next year- any child that had a gap fee waived- regardless of date- will filter through...
