It is populating all current active children in the report, even though the date range selected to generate the report is July 2023-December 2023. Including children where their profile start date wasn't till Jan 2024 and weren't in attendance at service till this year.
As this report is required every 6 months by the Government this will involve a lot of manual correction to remove all current active children if the date range is not picking up the children accurately.
In theory by end of next year- any child that had a gap fee waived- regardless of date- will filter through...

I was just told that I have to go and reactivate all of the children that have left, let alone all of the new children that should not be appearing on the report that didn't get it last year, but are getting it this year. The most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I HATE THIS PROGRAM!!!!
