Store dates in a consistent numeric form, e.g. dd/mm/yyyy, instead of multiple formats. Text form is the worst.

Dates are entered, stored and reported in multiple formats across Xplor. Sorting by date is impossible if formatted as text, e.g. 19th July 2025 will sort ahead of 9th July 2025.
