Playground has the potential to be a great tool, but it currently lacks several features and customisation options that are standard in programs like PowerPoint and Canva. A particular concern is that accidentally deleted items often cannot be recovered, which can be very frustrating when significant time has been invested in creating a document. Enhancing recovery options, adding basic functionality and providing greater flexibility would greatly improve the overall user experience.
