The ability to input the Vacation Care program into the booking system so that when families book, the VC days activity name and set fee for the day appears in the calendar. As each day is costed and charged differently this process would alleviate significant admin work in constant fee adjustments.

For Vacation Care periods, the fees change per day. We need the ability to set fees for specific rooms on specific days. We have to individually go through each day to amend the fee from the "default" fee. This creates massive burdens when parents book in last minute via the Xplor Home App and it automates to the default fee so we are having to continuously double check.
