Would it be possible for the screen to show just a "Submit" button as it does for a "Run Submissions" when it's within the current fortnight, when doing a "Withdraw Submissions" for a week within the last 28 days, instead of the "Reason for late withdrawal" box appearing no matter what session dates are being withdrawn (i.e. even if they're within the last 28 days) instead of this returning an error if you do enter a late reason that's not actually required?
