I would really appreciate a notification to be sent to Admin when an incident report has been complete. This would then allow for the Nominated Supervisor to be notified of any incidents within the centre and allow for the Nominated Supervisor to check the correct procedure is in place for the specific incident.

Can we have a feature that emails or notifies on playground to the director/ass director of when an incident report is completed by a staff member?

Signatures on incident forms for notifying other team members of the incident. Sometimes an Educator writing the report is also a witness and there is no feature for Director etc to sign the form.

For a notification to appear that an incident form hasn't been signed.

This would be beneficial for many centres to receive an email at a nominated email address when an incident report has been signed by the author. We have had this request from an enterprise level client and can see how helpful it can be!

Kate Mather There are literally tens of feature requests with accumulatively hundreds of votes, all asking for improvements to incident forms, allot of them are repeated requests. It is a legal requirement for centres to be on top of Incident Forms in multiple ways, that would greatly benefit from some software tweaks. It would be great if Xplor would make this a priority.

It would also be great if a list on Admin/Director Dashboard displayed a list of all unsigned incident reports, possibly where notifications were previously display.
