Ability to print whole service reports for Expiration dates for children

We need a report that includes every enrolled child's attachments expiration dates. One that can be created at any given time and shows the expiration dates for all attachments. The current export to CVS on the dash board is not sufficient as it only displays expiration for the last 4 weeks.
The educator profile currently does this so should be an easy fix!

Multiple people have requested this before and their entries have received a lots of votes, if you look further some show the task as complete but the report definitely doesn't exists yet. Crazy to put data in and not be able to get it out again by way of a report, you can for the staff attachments!
All of these below are people asking the same thing, but I think votes have been spread across all these suggestions, but they are all asking for the same thing.
