Medication records don't meet Regs
We have just started using Xplor and as days pass, we are finding that Xplor is not what we were made to think! Very disappointing to just find out now that the medication record does not include important and required fields or information that is required by regulations. This is really frustrating and should be actioned as a matter of urgency. In the meantime, we have to continue using paper records for the administration of any medication.
Alert or notification when parent responds via "text" in Comms centre
Alert or notification when a family responds by "text" in the Comms Centre. At the moment, there's no way of knowing if they respond unless you remember to check
Auto payment declined email to families
When a payment declines, it would be great if an automated email was sent to the family/ account holder to notify them. Also an 'email' tab on the parent account or parent profile so you can see that the email went to them or bounced and can see the statements and other emails sent to them.
Being able to see what a parent sees so we can help guide and relate to our families when explaining how to access things on the app. At the moment it relies on us having someone working at the Centre with a child attending so we can see what parents see. It would be wonderful to have a way to view this without needing someone who works at the centre with a child enrolled.
booking request comment section
Can we please have a comments section when rejecting a booking, otherwise we are always calling or emailing as to why booking is rejected especially if it is a double booking or for our service a different process for vacation care. I can look rude to parents when they get a big red rejected without explanation.
Offline Sign in/out
For the ability for all children, Educators and Visitors to sign in / out offline and it be recognised when system becomes online if the internet is down
Ability to close Rooms for Public Holidays & Holiday periods
Even through you can make the room capacity 0 over these periods. If you create a new reoccurring booking - they are still added to the days with 0 capacity over Public Holidays & Vacation Care days. There needs to be a way to completely close the room to all bookings including Casual Bookings Requests and Reoccurring Bookings during specific dates/time periods.
Adding policies into parenting content
Individual centres would be able to add their policies into the app so the parents are able to find them easier and through their phone. if we could add this info into the parenting content section its easy to find under the care tab.
Electronic Signature (Parent) on Enrolment Form
Please have an actual electronic signature box for parents on Enrolment forms so we don't have to argue over the 'interpretation of what signed means' with the Department and 'prove' that the consent toggles count as the form being signed. This should not have to be handled by a compliance team just to be able to show the parent has actually signed the form.
Re-Enrolment Update Parents Profile
The re-enrolment link should update the parent/guardian profiles as well as the childs information on submission. If the parent had any updated information this is not carried over into their profile and there are inconsistencies with the re-enrolment form and what is displayed on Xplor.
