Send bulk CWA notification to parents when fee increase

We need a report that includes every enrolled child's attachments expiration dates. One that can be created at any given time and shows the expiration dates for all attachments. The current export to CVS on the dash board is not sufficient as it only displays expiration for the last 4 weeks. The educator profile currently does this so should be an easy fix!

As we complete the incident report it requires us to note who has been notified otherwise, we cannot progress. However not all incidents require us to call the parent right away. We many notify parents at the time of collection and there needs to be an option to include this. We also may not know who until we see which parent or guardian collects the child on the day.

It would be great if parents could set a pin number for use on the hub through their Home app. The process of setting the pin through the Hub on our service iPad takes a while, entering and remembering their email and password, then finding the email and actioning it, all while other parents are waiting to sign out. It would be great if they could set this at home through their apps and we could make it part of the initial set up process.

During our staff meeting this evening it was identified that the children with dietary requirements (gluten intolerance, vegan, Kosher) are not easily visible on the app. The children with allergies/health conditions are currently highlighted with a red heart however without going into each child’s profile, you cannot easily see any dietary requirements. Is this something that can be looked into from your end as it would make things much easier, especially for our OSHC educators. Even something as simple as a blue exclamation mark on the profile to easily alert educators that there is something that needs to be checked on the enrolment.

It would be great to be able to separate before and after school care bookings without having to delete all bookings. As you cannot separate the two rolls when having to make changes to bookings.

Notification on Xplor Admin when a families CWA has lapsed so we don't have to be regularly checking the government enrolment tab for children who haven't attended in some time.

Please add a free text field for parent to input other dietary requirements during digital enrolment if the child's dietary requirements are not in any of the dietary options provided.

Could there be a notification that comes up when the parent signs the child in reminding them that they have an incident form to sign.

Hi, I am wanting a feature that allows a report to be made to gather information of all children enrolled that have court orders so that I can cross check this list to make sure all of these children have court orders on file as well.
